Why do we need to sign a waiver?
Like many other outdoor events, Slide the City involves a number of risks which we thought should be brought to Sliders’ attention. We want to ensure that Sliders understand these risks so that they can decide to join the event on a fully informed basis.
Is there an age or height limit?
All participants must be at least 8 years old and 117cm tall, but remember if you’re under 18 you’ll need to have your legal guardians sign on the waiver form.
Can I use my ActionCam or Selfie Stick on the Slide?
Yes! Bring them along and get some awesome footage and insta worthy photos!
Where can I put my belongings?
There will be lockers and storage space for rent. Kindly note Slide the City is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Can I bring my pet?
For health and safety reasons, we cannot allow pets on the slide.
Where do I pick up my ticket/ wristband?
You shall pick up your Wristband & Slider Pack at the entrance in event day.
Are there any sponsorship opportunities?
Yes, just contact us at sponsorship@slidethecity.hk and we can give you more information.
Is it refundable?
There will be NO refund after sale, unless the event is cancelled by organizer NOT due to weather or factors outside our control. And if the event is cancelled by us, the refund is still subject to our discretion.
Is it transferable?
Transfer of tickets will only be accepted by writing on or before 24 Aug, 2016 at a charge of HK$100 per ticket per transfer. Please send us a request email at ticketing@slidethecity.hk.
What do I wear?
Wear whatever you’d like, except no jeans or clothing with rivets.
Will there be smoking area?
Smoking is NOT allowed at the venue.
How much is it?
You can sign up your dedicated sliding time slot for multiple sliding. The price range depends on the date and time slot you selected. Check the Ticketing page for more details.
